Return Policy

1. Standard Returns (14-Day Rule)

You have the right to return standard, unused goods (such as apparel, optics, and accessories) within 14 days of receiving them for a refund. Items must be in their original, undamaged packaging.

2. Return Shipping Costs

The customer is responsible for paying all return shipping costs for unwanted items. Original shipping fees are refunded, but the cost of sending the item back to us is your responsibility.

3. Non-Returnable Items

Ammunition: For strict safety and quality assurance reasons, all sales of cartridges and ammunition are final.

Firearms: Due to national registration laws, once the legal transfer of a shotgun or air rifle is completed with the Cyprus Police, the weapon cannot be returned under the standard 14-day policy.

4. Defective Goods & Warranties

All our products are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee against manufacturing faults. If your item (including firearms) is defective, please contact us immediately to arrange a free repair, replacement, or refund.
